Welcome to the 2021 Pirates of the Pontchartrain Festival (PoP)!  If you would like to stay in our participant campground for the Festival, please complete this form and submit it to us so we can set up your reservation. Participant Camping is for merchants, paid entertainers, and employees.  If you have trouble completing this form please email us at RenCamp@LARF.ORG or give us a call at 985-602-9390.

Please submit a separate form for each RV or Tent you will have in our campground.  PoP Season Camping full run dates are Wednesday April 7 through Wednesday April 21. You also have the option of coming for the First Weekend (April 7-14), Second Weekend (April 14-21) or entering  custom start and end dates. If you arrive before or leave after your selected dates you will be charged at the single day rate for the additional days. 

Special Note: We are happy to be able to tell you that we have free WiFi in all of our campgrounds as well as all of our booth areas.  

Please make sure you select which electric service you want for your space. The spot you are assigned will be determined by the electric service you request!

A charge of $2/person/day will be included on your invoice as a per-person charge.
Children 12 and younger are not charged a fee for camping

When you submit this form it will be sent to the Pirates of the Pontchartrain / LARF Participant Camping office. You will receive a reply (normally within a few days) from RenCamp@LARF.ORG which will contain your reservation confirmation, invoice and payment methods available.  

Please note that ALL workers who camp onsite MUST be registered in our system before they will be allowed to camp. If you or someone working with you needs to register please have them go to:

EMPLOYEE and PARTICIPANT CAMPING

PARTICIPANT/Worker CAMPING is for those working at the festival; Contractors, Merchants, Employees, & Volunteers.

  1. PUBLIC CAMPING is mostly for sleeping and providing a place to stay before/after a day of fun at the festival. 
  2. PIRATE & KREWE CAMPING - Groups that want to camp together as a group, either weekend or All Week long.
  3. WORKER CAMPING (Participants) is strictly for participants who travel to Louisiana and are employed at the festival.

Due to Covid: All TICKETS are DATE SPECIFIC.  
We can NOT TRANSFER Admissions.
